REMCOVER ZR
A plastering refractor containing high rate of zirconium hardens when heated and used by plastering over the surface by a brush or trowel (max. 3 mm). Hardening when heated on a refractor surface improves life span of ceramic phase and refractor. Prevents stickings by slag. Extremely proof against thermal shock and gives excellent result against acid erosion.

This coating concrete, that can be applied through plastering method up to min. 3 cm and through spraying method for thicknesses over 5 cm, ensures easy-to-use application with appropriate setting-time, extremely low wasting amounts. It can evolves into ceramic phase even under low temperatures, has high erosion capability and is successfully applied in cement sector in electro filter and gas canals.

Particularly, this product is manufactured as a result of studies carried out in Electro Filter Gas Canals in cement industry. This concrete can evolve into ceramic phase under low and high temperatures (Min 300 OC Max 1850 OC) and it can be applied to thicknesses up to Min. 3 cm and it can be successfully applied by spraying method to any surface that has chemical and physical erosion.
